We did it! After many sleepless nights spent on planning, you have succeeded in developing the perfect business idea: a brave combination of the virtual with the real - the online sale of hand-carved beaver figurines. Your start was perfect - the launch of a simple online shop a few days before the International Beaver Day (April 7th) was a hit and the number of orders exceeded your wildest expectations. However, your team consisting of you, an artist-sculptor, a salesman and an IT specialist did not rest, and carried by the wave of success, began to plan the next great things. When you started your business, you decided to make your company as lean, agile, and user-oriented as possible. Having in mind the knowledge gained from the excellent course you attended, assess whether all your team's ideas will be good for the future of your company:
»
The salesman is reporting to you with a growing number of requests from users who have received an incomplete beaver figurine. As a result of a short investigation, it turns out that the artist does not reject poor quality wood pieces, which sometimes makes the beaver lack a paw, but "a beaver without a paw is still a beaver". The salesman insists on rejecting poor quality wood and checking how many paws a beaver has before shipment. The artist, on the other hand, claims that this is an unfounded attack on his artistic freedom. Do you agree with the artist?

Sitting comfortably in the CEO's office (which serves as an art studio, sales department, IT, and a canteen at the same time), you overhear a conversation between a salesman and an IT specialist. It turns out that your company ritual of taking every carved beaver figurine to a nearby pub before sending it to the customer starts to be problematic: at first, when there were only a few orders, going out to the pub was a pretty nice way to build team spirit, but since orders go into the tens per week organizing trips started to be a big problem and you should give them up. Do you think it is a good idea to give up this ritual?

Excellent sales results have saved you some money for further development. After a long brainstorming session, two ideas were chosen. The IT specialist wants to make a video game that will allow players to travel the world as a beaver and build monumental dams. The artist points out that November 10th is International Hedgehog Day, so the funds should be used to prepare an offer for hedgehog enthusiasts. The salesman admits that he has received several inquiries about figures of other animals, however, the IT specialist insists on his option, claiming additionally that only a tech company can be Agile. Do you agree with the IT specialist's proposal?

Your salesman starts working remotely. To improve communication, you decide to use instant messenger software. The IT specialist notes that you already have an instant messenger “A” app in your MS Office plan, which you have not used so far, but the use of which will be free of charge, and any training will not take more than an hour. However, the salesman insists on instant messenger “B” because several of you have used it privately. However, using it in the company will involve additional costs, which will not even be sweetened by having dedicated beaver emoticons. Do you agree with the seller's proposal?
